They issue a card without a residence permit. They take a long time to register, but at least they don't refuse. Terminal 1 is in the city near the bank. You can only withdraw money there, deposit it only in the office through the operator. They make 2 dina and visa cards at once. The first one is needed if there are any problems with visa and it only works in Serbia. The app is in Russian, for that straight +. In general, I am satisfied.

The branch of the Adriatic Bank in Novi Sad is located in a lively central area of the city. Compact but cozy room for the bank's customers, polite and professional staff. Very reasonable banking programs and affordable fees for services.
