Terrible service and gross violation of the legislation of the Republic of Belarus at the InLek pharmacy in the Avia Mall shopping center. The pharmacist refused to sell me 1 sachet of Nimesil, saying that they "do not share sachets in a spike." The employee directly referred to the fact that due to internal rules, they are afraid to make a mistake when dividing and then pay the cost of the drug out of their own pocket. I needed Nimesil here and now to relieve acute pain, and under the pressure of the situation, I was forced to buy 3 sachets instead of one! I remind the management of ODO "DKM-PHARM" that the imposition of excess goods and your internal financial squabbles with the staff violate the Law "On Consumer Rights Protection" and the Proper pharmacy practice of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Belarus. Because of your illegal policy, I had to overpay for an unnecessary amount of medicine. I don't recommend this place.
