The claim is not to the former owner, but to the quality of the products sold in your store. Changing the owner does not remove the store's obligations to consumers.

Являюсь клиентом этого магазина с самого открытия. Покупаю обувь здесь постоянно. Каждое посещение магазина в Грине оставляет негативные эмоции из-за работы персонала. Три человека работают, но никто из них не работает по существу: болтают, клиентам не помогают. При обращении отвечают односложно, с недовольством подают размер. Я думала, мне показалось. Нет, систематически вижу одно и то же. В Замке картина была лучше. Теперь и там продавец поменялся: слова не вытянешь, ассортимент не знает, человеку работа в тягость. Очень жаль наблюдать такую картину.
