The dog hurt his paw. They brought me, asked me which language was more convenient to speak, for which I was grateful, because I forgot Russian under stress. But in the end, first the receptionist calmed us down, then the veterinarian came and explained what needed to be done and how they would act. The dog's paw was anesthetized, and a mini-operation was performed to remove the damaged claw. They told us how to proceed, gave us an antibiotic, and we'll come back in a couple of days just to check up to make sure everything is in order. In a word, I'm thrilled. The territory is great, everything inside is bright and very nice. The dog also received a delicious treat as a gift, which she was very happy about and quickly devoured.
