The clothing store as a whole leaves a good impression: the range is wide, and the pricing policy is adequate. However, the service leaves much to be desired — the sales consultant is completely not involved in the work, does not show initiative and prefers to spend time on the phone instead of helping customers. Improving the service could significantly increase the store's level in the eyes of customers.
