Wonderful place, quiet, close to the sea. There is a magnificent garden on the plot, tangerines, lemons, medlars, roses - in general, there is a place where you can cool off in the shade of trees during the day, as well as spend time near the pond. The hosts are helpful, they will always come to a meeting, Tatiana and Mikhail will always help if it's cold, they will give you a heater, if necessary, Mikhail will arrange a transfer for an additional fee. The prices are affordable, the sea is clean, we will definitely come back!!!

The main advantage is the proximity of the beach, as well as the fact that only a few apartments are located on a fairly large plot. The hosts try to do everything possible to make the rest of the guests comfortable and joyful, and the nature of Abkhazia helps in this, I took photos from the review during a trip in 2024.

I recently stayed in an apartment, and I want to share my impressions. The apartment is located in a very convenient area of the city, which allowed me to easily reach all the necessary places. The interior was pleased with its modern design and coziness: spacious rooms, stylish furniture and high-quality lighting created an atmosphere of home comfort. I would especially like to mention the kitchen, which was fully equipped with everything necessary for cooking. It was very convenient, as I could cook by myself and save on trips to restaurants. The apartment also had high-speed internet, which is important for work and communication. The staff was polite and always ready to help if there were any questions. Of the disadvantages, I can only mention a small noise insulation, but this did not greatly affect the overall impression. Overall, I was very pleased with my stay in these apartments and would confidently recommend them to anyone who is looking for comfortable and comfortable accommodation in the city.

We went to Ldzaa beach back in 2014, when we lived in Alakhadzy, there is a beautiful calm clear sea here. The beach is equipped with changing rooms, showers, and morning cleaning. Near the beach there is a small park area with Pitsunda pines, among which you can walk in the heat. And so in 2024, when we went to Abkhazia again, we decided to find a place close, calm, with comfortable living conditions. We found a place to live through Russia's largest online ad platform. At first, a room was available on the first floor, and then we moved to the second floor. So, if you want to cook in the summer kitchen, then your choice is a room on the ground floor. If you like more comfort, then choose the second floor. The rooms are designed in a pleasant Scandinavian style, with furniture, kitchen, Ikea beds, and everything you need for relaxation and living. The rooms are surprisingly quiet, and you can hear the birds singing in the morning. The territory is covered with fruit trees, which create shadows both in the courtyard and in the windows of the room. The washing machine is located in a separate building, so there will be no noise from it in the room. There is parking in the shade under the trees, which is important in the heat, but there is a disadvantage to this arrangement, leaves and berries fall on the car. Now, in 2026, we have arrived again, just as it was in 2024. There are shops on the way from the room to the sea, you can pay with Russian bank cards, walk 350 meters or 5 minutes to the sea. You can buy your own juices from the owners Mikhail and Tatiana. And Lilia, the head of the household, will help with all questions. Maybe we missed something. Overall a good place to stay. We'll come again. Thank you for your hospitality.

Great family vacation with children. The room has everything for cooking, cleaning, and so on. The sea is nearby. The noise of the road is inaudible. Wonderful garden in the courtyard. The homeowners are friendly.

This is not the first time that my husband and I have come to Abkhazia, as I love tangerines very much, my task was to find and buy them from a private trader who grows them himself. The locals advised us to go to the village of Ldzaa on 65 Nozadze Street, where Mikhail and Tatiana have a very large garden with citrus fruits, they kindly let us in, gave us inventory, we collected as much as we could fit into the car. We agreed on the cost. Now, as soon as we visit Abkhazia, we always stop by them. We wish Mikhail and Tatiana good health , and thank you for your hard work .

We had a rest last year, unfortunately, it didn't work out this year for a number of reasons, but if we were going, it would definitely be to Mikhail and Tatiana's Orchard. The location is 5 minutes from the most beautiful beach with pine trees of Ldzaa. On the way there is a supermarket, a barbecue (great!), cafes, a pine forest with an equipped walking area. The air is super! The hotel is very cozy: fruit trees (they were happy to eat persimmons that were ripening then, falling right at their feet), tables, armchairs, a pond, a rocking sofa, and garlands in the evening. The main thing is a complete sense of peace and quiet, only 4 families live in such a large area. The rooms are stylish, simple, very comfortable beds and everything else creates a pleasant impression of a cozy home. There is everything you need, even a separate tumble dryer (after the sea, this is important). There is a playground with a slide. The hosts are friendly, they solve all issues at once. Mikhail kindly agreed to become our guide, took us to his favorite places (for a very reasonable price!). Thank you, Mikhail, Tatiana, Lilya, for the most pleasant vacation memories!

I have vacationed many times in summer in Abkhazia, but in winter for the second time. Now it's only in winter and in the same place. I really regret that I did not take the contacts of the owners!
