Today the cashier was very rude at the checkout, before that when I got to this cashier it was always the same. Despite the fact that the products are good, the service requires serious changes, and also to write the lunch time on the door, since today I stood in line with other people and waited 10 minutes for it to open at 14:20. When the seller came out of the neighboring church shop at 14:24, she did not even apologize for being late, opened the door for us and when I came in, she shouted at me very loudly and rudely with a dismissive intonation: "close the door!" I decided not to make a purchase today and leave, because I do not want to support rude attitude towards myself. When I got to the shift of another cashier, the attitude was always polite and normal. Please fix the situation, since the products are of good quality. Only for the attitude I am reducing two stars.

I bought chicken thighs (981g) in this store. During cutting, I was unpleasantly surprised: in addition to the usual thigh bone, there was a large fragment of the chicken's spine inside. This is the first time I've encountered this. After deboning the clean meat, it turned out to be only 472 g, that is, almost half of the weight is bones. I understand that there is a bone in the hips, but the presence of a large piece of back in such a product looks unexpected and does not meet expectations. Considering the price, this leaves an unpleasant impression and raises questions about the quality of the cutting and the honesty of the product.
