The starting point. The waiters don't come at all until you're ready, there's no boarding at the entrance, and no one is interested in serving you. Orders at a half-empty restaurant take hours to prepare. It's tasteless, half of the menu is missing. We waited for the dish for an hour (!), we started to leave, and the restaurant included it in the bill and handed it to us. The mood is spoiled, there are no compensations.
