I pre-ordered a bouquet for mom on March 8 on March 3 and paid in advance. I also asked that the flowers be fresh and of good quality, as it is a gift. As a result, the bouquet was not even 10 minutes old, as it literally began to crumble. Mom immediately wrote to the store and sent a video showing the condition of the flowers. I've also been trying to contact you throughout the day, but I haven't received a response or an apology. In such a situation, the normal reaction on the part of the service would be to at least respond, apologize, and offer to replace the bouquet by taking the substandard flowers. I am very disappointed with such an attitude towards customers, especially on a holiday. When you place an order in advance and pay for it in full, you expect to receive a fresh bouquet and adequate service, rather than completely ignoring the problem.
