I had extremely unpleasant impressions from visiting the clinic. I was booked in at 3:30 p.m., but by 4:30 p.m. they still hadn't accepted me. At the same time, people who came later than me were invited without waiting in line. In the end, there was no point in waiting any longer, and I just left. I would like to mention the work of the administrator separately. To my question, "How long is it going to take?" All I got was a dry answer: "Yes." No explanations, apologies, or attempts to resolve the situation. The receptionist also rudely told me to take off my jacket, without even using the elementary "please." I consider this attitude to patients unacceptable. The organization of work and the level of service leave much to be desired. I won't come here anymore and I can't recommend this clinic.

The doctors are quite passable, they know their job. But the management is collective farm, there is no concept of recording for them, calls are almost not answered, the opening is formally at 9 am and they can come at 10. In general, the Bayan habits are present in all their glory.
