Everything went well with the paperwork, but for some reason it was not possible to pick up the purchase right away. The delivery of the goods in the store is from 17:00 to 18:00. The request to pick up the goods was refused, as there was a shortage of staff. It's not clear why then to work like this, it seems to me that the buyer has the right to pick up the purchase immediately, and not wait until the evening. It's a pity that there are no stars with a minus, I would put it.
