I am currently staying at this sanatorium. I paid for 6 days, and immediately after checking in, I wanted to leave, was given another room, and was persuaded to stay. On the 3rd day, I informed them that I would leave 1 day earlier, and they informed me that the money would not be returned. The attitude to money is special here. Now about why you want to leave here: First, these are the rooms, they all stink, the curtains and furniture haven't been cleaned for a long time, the smell is such that it's very hard to be here. You're afraid to go to bed, I cover myself with my jacket, and there's a very old bag in the closet. Secondly, all the necessary procedures are paid, 10-15 thousand rubles per day are spent additionally on the necessary procedures. I would like to leave soon and not come back here.

We just arrived from this sanatorium today. We liked everything! And treatment, and rest! Located near the dispensary. The staff is very polite. The room is clean and cozy! Large territory. There is a swimming pool, a cinema.

Positive: A green courtyard, a fountain, swimming pools in the courtyard and inside the building, there are Finnish, Russian and hammam baths. Minuses: The rooms are not clean, they are poorly cleaned, the carpet is very dirty, there are no hangers or shelves for shoes in the hallway, mosquito nets hang on half of the windows (a grasshopper flew in), there is no basic soap and shampoo in the bathroom, the Wi-Fi does not work well, the TV in general does not even show simple channels, the air conditioner is weak. The reception always says, "Okay," but does nothing. The food is dietary with very small portions. Cockroaches are running around in the restaurant! Treatment: all necessary treatments are paid!!! The doctor didn't even ask what was bothering you or what to treat. The staff is polite. Never go to this sanatorium again!!!
