I used to like Ozone, it was close to the centre, and customer service was very friendly. However, recently, their service has changed, and people who work there become super rude to customers.
My kid started in Sep, I bought her a membership for a higher price since they did not have any kids' memberships, which was ok, but then she lost her card. When she asked about it, the customer service reps were super rude to her, telling her this is her last time attending the gym.
Someone from sales reached out to me saying they do print cards for free if you lost them for the first time, and she was saying we got 2 cards. However, my kid never got the 2nd card.
I do not like when people lie, if you do business you have to be honest. Yes, your support reps are super rude, never printed/provided the 2nd card, just admit it, and move on. No need to lie.
I would not recommend Ozone to anyone:(
