Dilmuss is an Uzbek clothing shop, which is quite popular among local Instagram users. However, I think that clothes here are nowhere near as qualitative as expensive and designer clothes as all goods here were brought from China. If you can't afford prestige and brand clothes, at least from RedTag or LC Waikiki, this place is sometimes good if you manage to find something really qualitative.
I visit this place frequently because it is near my house and it has variety of qualitative products to choose from! As far as I know, it was opened a very long time ago (approximately in 2011). It is a great and reliable supermarket to visit among other shops!
This place is absolutely great, especially for tourists and local people, who don't know this place in the slightest. Everything is hygienic, including toilet and dishes, and I doubt that you would be utterly unsatisfied with this place. Despite that, occasionally, service is kind of less satisfying only because sometimes Safia has less employees to serve in the morning and some of them don't manage to bring food on time. But it is not critical at all. If you come in the evening or at night, this place is fabulous and you can enjoy your dessert or meal without any problems. Furthermore, this place is 24/7, so whenever you want some desserts, you're welcome. However, if you want a food, like soup or sandwiches, the canteen works only till 22:00 so take this into consideration if you want to visit this place.
It used to be literally the best place to eat out back in Sergeli in 2018 or 2019 when it was just opened. I don't say that this place is horrendous, but today, this place and its atmosphere (interior) is already obsolete. The place became less hygienic and the service is less satisfying than it used to be back when it was freshly opened place. When we ate in this place last year (when ate last time ever in this place), we were completely unsatisfied with the service and the meal as the waitress was extremely rude to us and the food was already cold when she brought the food. To our wonder, this was the first time this restaurant let us down. However, according to people around, this place became like that lately. We used to eat there not because this place is cheap, but because it was very close to my house, approximately 2-3 blocks away. Nevertheless, I recommend the sole food that is indeed delicious - it is dumplings 😋
This place is very well-known among local people, especially people, who live in Shaykhontokhur district. There are chiefly Uzbek cuisines in this café and they just nail everything that they cook from Norin to every soup. This place is quite affordable especially if you're tourist and you don't want to be cashed in by expensive restaurants for tourists. The service I can say is quite normal and this place is pretty hygienic. However, if you want to eat somewhere scenic, I think this place is not for you.
