Spacious, modern, beautiful, clean and impressive; all the necessary shops are there; places for eating are also there. Definitely recommended.
It's a lovely place, a good store, reasonable prices, a wide assortment, and good quality. The personnel are excellent, knowledgeable, professional and friendly.
Recommended: very polite personnel, friendly and welcoming, attentive and helpful.
Embarrassing: an employee was using a chewing gum during a talk with me.(((
What a place... Mistery and fairytales met there. Dolls are so nice and cute, some of them are very realistic. You can find characters from cartoons as well here. The prices are high but dolls are handmade and it's worthwhile paying for them for your collection.
Shocking: I went there to have a bite, it was apor. 18.30. The shop assistant prepared the meal and told me to go to the opposite side of the store because her part of the cafe was closed already. I went to the other side and heard from a barman:"we have no seats available, go to the other side". I was back and informed that shop assistant About the situation. She told me to go back to the other side, show the receipt to a barman who would supposedly bring me back to the closed cafe. I didn't understand the logic and politely asked if I can just sit and start food. The shop assistant didn't allow it, she turned back and said to her colleague:"I am pissed off, I am sick and tired of them..." I didn't hear the whole speech because I left my food on the counter and left the store.
I have been visiting this store for many years but for the first time I met a rude and disrespectful, absolutely unprofessional shop assistant there.((( It's very disappointing and sad.
Absolutely fascinating: crystal clean, comfortable beds and pillows, polite and attentive personnel, tasty and healthy breakfasts, excellent location. You really feel at home here, definitely recommended.
Each time it's like a surprise: they decorate the area around a fountain changing topics and it looks great.
