I am a regular here. I have been going here almost every day for many months now. Heck, one of my criteria for renting an apartment was walking distance from this place. it is hands down one of the best coffee places in Tbilisi.

Amazing small cozy gym with all the necessary equipment and a flexible entry system. I think it is the only place in Yerevan where you can pay for a single entry, and as of Feb 2024 it costs only 1500 drams. It is a bit tight on space, and the equipment is somewhat outdated, but the price and vibe compensated for me.
