I honestly don’t understand how this place has such a high rating.
The staff was completely unavailable and didn’t even do basic things — we had to prepare our own beds, including pillows and covers. When I asked for a clean towel, they told me they didn’t have any and only gave me one on the last day.
The entire hostel was dirty and clearly not well-maintained. Showers and toilets were not enough for the number of guests.
We booked a 4-bed room thinking it would be more comfortable, but it was extremely small — two people couldn’t even stand side by side when using the closet.
Despite all these issues, the price was the same as other hostels that offer way better service and conditions.
Very disappointing. I would not stay here again and do not recommend it.
