Upstairs in the diner you are surrounded with everything from Elvis to Adler. Go downstairs to the bar and you suddenly find yourself at a rock concert: Dire Straits, Led Zeppelin, Guns and Roses.
I've returned to this place three times.
Can't get enough of the atmosphere and menu.
It's a must if you're in Arbatskaya.
