This is such a racist place I have a video I couldn't attach (how sad!) on how I was disrespected by the Russians the entire time ordering food in Kazakh or English! So stressed! When I returned the food and asked for refund (and basically wanted to leave) Milana, the manager called the security! By far the worst experience ever in the city, completely unacceptable. Instead of apologizing, they were aggressive, rude, and disrespectful even by local tough standards! If service matters to you as it obviously should, stay away! There are so many places even cheaper with a far better customer experience overall. You shouldn't tolerate this arrogant attitude for your money for sure!
