My wife and I recently made a not-so-cheap purchase at this establishment. We bought approximately 150,000 rubles worth of items. One of those items was an automobile chair for the baby. Unfortunately, the employees forgot to add this item to our shopping cart (even though we paid for it). Mistakes happen, it's fine, I can forgive. I came back a couple of weeks later to receive this missing item (that means I had to spend extra time and money out of my own pocket to come visit them for a second time, for a mistake which they made). Guess what? They gave me an automobile chair, which was the wrong size (did not fit the original set or wheels). Please people, get your things in order. Either work properly and correctly, or fix your mistakes and don't embarrass yourselves in front of customers. Now I am aware as a fact, that your employees are incompetent (I will not name anyone, but they themselves know who they are). I'm giving 2 stars not 1 star, only because I actually liked the other quality items which we bought.

Классный салон, очень чистый и его приятно посещать. Сотрудники очень вежливые и хорошо знают изделия. Врач тоже очень профессиональный и мне помог решить проблемы с плоскостопием и искривлением позвоночника. Рекомендую! 👍🏻
