Did they recruit the Kitchen from the oilfields? Seriously.
My spaghetti Bolognese was literally dripping with about 50 ML of oil. I’ve never seen anything like this and honestly whoever was in the kitchen cooking this should be ashamed and resign immediately. If the kitchen can’t even cook a basic Ragu for a Bolognese then I don’t understand how they even have the ability to stand and wear a chef uniform. It’s simply embarrassing. I honestly think a customer could do a better job in the kitchen. Fortunately, the service staff saved the day, but already it was a disaster. I sent the dish back only to have it returned with about 20 ML less oil but still overloaded. Such a shame because I actually liked this placebefore hand.
