Очень довольна работой мастеров: опытные, внимательные и доброжелательные. Однако хотелось бы отметить работу администратора. Уже несколько раз сталкиваюсь с тем, что меня не предупреждают о записи, а иногда клиентов записывают на одно и то же время. Это создает неудобства. Рекомендую пересмотреть подход к администрированию, чтобы впечатление от отличной работы мастеров не портилось.
The pizza was absolutely delicious. The wine selection was impressive and paired beautifully with cheese set. The overall vibe was warm and welcoming, with a great atmosphere that made the evening feel special. I’ll definitely be coming back

The hotel offers a perfect blend of comfort, elegance and exceptional hospitality. Every details is connected to the wood, which demonstrates the concept of chalet! the highlight, without a doubt, was an amazing view 🤩 The restaurant was equally outstanding, each meal was a masterpiece and delicious. I can’t wait to return and highly recommend to anyone looking for nature and peace!
The atmosphere was cozy and welcoming, traditional dishes are absolutely delicious. I also recommend to order orange and strawberry included tea!

I stayed at the hotel while it was under construction, and while I appreciate that it’s still open for guests, the service was a bit slow. The room was clean, but there was an unpleasant odor, and I noticed there’s no extractor fan in the toilet.
