Absolutely terrible hotel. The hotel delayed check-in by 1 hour, we had to sit in the lobby and wait. When asked when the room would be ready, the person replied that it was unknown. While we were waiting for the check-in, we drank champagne and each time the staff poured glasses at completely different levels with a difference of up to 1 cm. This is not at all the level of a 5-star hotel. When we came to the roof at night for a cocktail at 00:45, the manager said that the bar was closed at 00:30, but the bartenders made cocktails and gave them to the guests who were in the bar. This is the worst service I've ever seen in my life. When you go out to smoke in the smoking area, no one takes out the ashtray, although the staff walks around and does their own thing, you have to ask each time to bring an ashtray. I ask the management to pay attention to these terrible things!

Странная контора) у меня была доставка упаковки 30кг, машину внутрь не запускают, грузчик их сидит там и говорит помогать не буду, хотя предлагал ему денег за это сколько скажет. Пришлось нанимать ребят со двора)
