Замечательный салон, удобная запись, есть оплата картой и по qr коду, постоянно хожу к мастеру Анастасии, прекрасный специалист и очень приятная девушка)

One of the most horrible 5 star hotels. The food is not good, only the desserts and salmon. The staff are unfriendly and unhelpful. Most of them don’t understand English. We forgot flippers on the beach, the next morning they were not there and nobody helped. We were shocked. There are so much staff and nobody does anything. The beach is bad, in July you will not find a nice sunbed. The service about which so many people wrote is really awful this year. You have to ask 7 times and wait a lot.
