I'm from Dubai, visited this place as a tourist. Read another review here about tourists having a bad experience, perhaps borderline racist. Pretty photogenic and warm, aesthetically; went during the winters. Enjoyed the hot chocolate. The staff is far from warm, however. The doorkeeper, especially, seemed rather arrogant and rude for no reason. Can do much better, replacing him, especially in a cafe that tourists, like myself would love to go to.
