Rooms : we booked a rider house with 3 bedrooms but actually they are 2 rooms only since the third one was a sofa and small with no curtains .my unit was 506 ,once I entered ,I discovered that there is no air conditioner at all. I told the receptionist about that but She was so hard to understand and insisted that all the houses have one until they went there and said we are sorry how come workers do not no the details of the place and not listen to visitors . Then I asked them to change my unit , they said no vacant and after a lot of talk and waist of my paid time they sent me to see one and when I reached there another employer said no availability and had a little fight with his colleague . Then they offered the next cottage after hours and when I got so upset. The place is nice but the service is very bad and poor from the reception. I feel they have no satisfaction and upset . As a tourist, I am not forced to speak Russian but no English employers to serve tourists . Transportation is very bad. There is a lot of ants inside the cottage. As a tourist I am upset with the way they talk with us and felt bad
