I am currently at Pine River, and my experience so far has been extremely disappointing. We arrived and had to wait over two hours for our luggage to be brought from the parking lot, which was covered in snow.
Now, we’ve been waiting for three hours to check in, and the receptionist has been rude and unhelpful. She refuses to assist us because we don’t have the immigration paper for one of our family members. Even after explaining that this person will be returning to our previous hotel, which is two hours away, she still wouldn’t help us.
This has been the worst reception experience I’ve ever encountered, and I’m incredibly frustrated. I can’t recommend this hotel based on how things are going so far.
