The staff was very kind and friendly. They helped as much as they can and they always smile. They made me feel like home. Especially the receptionist girl Tatiana gave me so much information about history and culture of Saint Petersburg and Russia. Thank Tatiana so much. There is a museum of famous Russian writer Joseph Brodsky just next to hotel! Just 10 minutes walk to Nevsky street. Very close to the city center and metro station. Very clean and exactly how they seems on the photos. Even bigger than I expected Very good coffee and healthy breakfast. Very quiete and safe area. You can walk everywhere. Definitely you will love that hotel.
