The staff was rude and unfriendly. The manager refused to issue an e-SIM since the phone was not purchased in Belarus. I’ve got clarification from support service on official web MTS.by that the iPhone is 100% suitable for an e-SIM, regardless of the country of purchase. Even after that the manager didn’t try to help with e-SIM Staff from near by office decides this affair in a few minutes and everything go well
