Equipment is top notch. Service is below zero. This place is mostly for entitled people who can take private lessons. Pilates Allegro is impossible to book. Mobile application is cheap and not functioning. Any suggestions are denied by saying “ our valued customers didn’t approve” - even though I am actually a full year member. It’s insane. So much potential , but ruined by narcissistic approach to business. Unfortunate, indeed.
