Woman on reception and the security guard were polite enough
The room was small but clean
There was nowhere to leave our child's pram at reception and the lift was too small for it so I had to carry the pram up 5 flights of stairs
The hotel is close to the station
The breakfast buffet was fairly good and the staff were friendly
