Had an amazing stay for 7 nights.
I accidentaly left my keyboard and came to take it, and was met by an extremely unpleasant receptionist with the name "Aleksey Kudashov"
I've lived in $7 per night hostels in Thailand that had more polite receptionists.
After explaining about my keyboard (during which he was extremely rude), I wanted to visit my friend on 7th floor.
Him: No. Why would I do that? You are no longer a guest in this hotel. You cannot go there.
Me: Are you sure you speak English? Instead of asking me why, you just said a very rude no.
Him: Yes, I speak English perfectly. And you?
Then I explained I am visiting a friend who is living there and that I would please like to visit him.
I was the one in this conversation constantly saying "please and thank you"
It doesn't take a lot to be polite, especially when working behind a service desk.
All the other receptionists I dealt with during my stay there were extremely polite, always smiled, and talked in a nice tone.
