It's the best park in Ajapniak . The grounds are perfectly taken care of, lots of kids and adults, renovated playground and street sport equipment. There are ice cream/popcorn/refreshing drinks stands around the water fountains and an open air restaurant.
Nice and relatively efficient medical center. The receptionists are trilingual.
It is an atmospheric place with a small museum of Armenian cinema. The movie theater itself is an older style theatre that needs some renovation. The curtains and the seats need attention.
Quite an improvement compared to some 15 years ago, but still lots of room for growth.
Fantastic location, but the road to the venue is shabby. Also the owners must think about wind breaking. On a windy evening, there are plenty in summer it is impossible to enjoy food and nowhere to hide from the wind.
