Лучшая команда флористов в Ульяновске! Сделали букет моей дорогой маме из её любимых цветов, оперативно, красиво, с максимальным вниманием к деталям. Также я попросила их самостоятельно забрать и упаковать её подарок из пункта выдачи маркетплейса! Они не просто согласились помочь, а даже не предложили сделать это за отдельную плату доставки. Получилось, что я из другого города организовала маме поздравление с её любимыми цветами и подарком под ключ. Теперь буду заказывать только у вас, на все праздники! Спасибо и удачи, искренне желаю вам развиваться и расти расти расти 🪷

DISGUSTING EXPERIENCE We were scammed by this accommodation facility - charged us money before we saw our room, and when we saw it and didn't stay in it, this employee just wouldn't give us our money for the stay. Also, we can't write to them anymore - the facility has shut down the chat room on Booking and any ability to contact them. Also, even though we paid for three nights in a hotel we did not stay in, the facility cancelled the reservation and wrote in Booking that we did NOT APPEAR!!!! AFTER WHICH WE CAN'T EVEN LEAVE A REVIEW. This is just unthinkable - we can't even leave a review for a hotel that took our money and didn't return it. Details on how it went: we booked a room at Bambu Cottages for 3 nights, but arrived a little early to check in. We were immediately told to pay for our stay, which we unfortunately did. And then we saw the room we were supposed to check in in - it absolutely did not match our expectations and the beautiful pictures on the website. The beach area is just terrible, or rather there is no beach - in fact there is no beach at all, only a shoreline with ruined stone steps and tied up boats. We took pictures of this area and sent them to customer service. Also, this hotel has Wi-Fi that is not working. Internet is very important to us as we work remotely and only rented this room because the hotel description stated good internet. Anyway, we immediately politely explained to the hotel employee that we would not be staying in this place as it did not match what we had originally chosen. And since we would not be checking in, we asked him for our money back. We even offered to leave a commission for the night. These people simply refused to give us our money back for the stay. The entire behavior of the employees of this hotel is despicable and unscrupulous. As a result, we were forced with huge heavy suitcases in our hands, tired after a long road, to look for another accommodation, at least somewhere to sleep. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL TO ANYONE.

Всё супер, починили макбук про с заменой дисплея, ещё почистили бонусом, всё грамотно, быстро, адекватно по деньгам и качественно. Ещё тут можно купить всякие гаджеты тоже по нормальным ценам. Однозначно советую !!!
