I live in another country. I ordered three bouquets from them a few days ago for my family and I told them specifically what and how! They gave a time from 12:00 to 22:00 on February 14! There were many nuances, they didn’t have postcards, they all get them from somewhere, in a word, it’s not a flower shop, but some kind of incomprehensible shop! And in the end, the delivery was made at 11 at night and they also had the audacity to say that they don’t answer the courier 🤣🤦♂️ I don’t understand such impudence and have never seen it! I wouldn’t write such a review if they apologized for their lack of professionalism, then I would think about leaving a softer review! But this is definitely the first and last time I contacted them! Such crooks have no place in such service areas! In a word, I don’t recommend it to anyone, they do everything very poorly! Delivery is free, it’s written right on their wall, but you have to pay! You choose the bouquets, but you can’t choose the colors, in a word, this shop is complete G! Think before you contact them or not! Shop G for me personally!
