Convenient convenience store. well stocked with good range of household hardware as well as edible produce... Moderate pricing.
The car park is in poor condition after the winter with pot holes at the entry and exit. Also because the contractor did not do a very good job of surfacing the car park, it is not evenly level so if there has been rain, there are pools of water on the surface. Previous customers are in the habit of abandoning their trolleys rather than returning them to the area reserved for the trolleys, which also make it inconvenient for parking. And there seems not to be regular collections.
Inside the store the alleys between the shelves are not very wide, so in times of heavy footfall it is not always easy to get to the products you went to buy. This is particularly so in the green grocery section. There is an area for self check out, but only for card purchases. The lines for the cashier check outs are also inconveniently long when the store is working at capacity. At non-peak times, the store reduces the number of staffed check outs, which again makes things slower
Prices are reasonable, but watch out for cancelled bargain buys on your till print out. The numbers you see where you pick up the products may not be the prices that appear on the final check. Also not all the products are priced correctly, or at all.

As far as I am aware, there is no real IKEA in Aktobe. This might be a place where items could be ordered?
Shelf fillers could do with reviewing their work practises and timing to coincide with less busy periods.
