Very nice cafe not far from Northern Avenue. It feels like as if you are somewhere in Europe enjoying your tea or coffee with a nice desert. I love their tiramisu with some tea. My favorite tea is sea buckthorn. Spending time in hear near the fountain makes you feel the true vibes of Yerevan, especially during the morning times and late evening time. Parking is an issue here. There are free street parking spaces available, but finding a free spot is a true challenge. Near by northern avenue, there's an underground ground parking lot available, which is not that expensive. It's a few min walking distance away from there.

It's a very nice restaurant which is inspired by Armenian culture and traditions. The whole place feels like a beautiful village where you can taste tasty Armenian cuisine. Make sure to try the lamb and veal BBQ in here. Servants are nice and kind. You'll also find here live music played by a piano. For those who love cats and kittens, you'll love this place, especially because there are a few walking in the backyard. There's plenty of free street parking, but at busy hours, it's difficult to find a parking spot. Some of the restaurants have their own little parking lots. This place is super kid friendly. There's an outdoor playground for children and also an indoor playing room as well.

It's a cool experience to come here with friends, family, or with your significant other. You get to choose different types of meat, variety or veggies, noodles, and all of that gets cooked in a soup that you choose. Before the food is delivered, you go to a section where you'll make your own sauce. After you're done, you sit and get to cook your dish. It is very fun, interactive, and just unique. I highly recommend everyone to try it out. You can have your soup cooked with veggies only. It's all up to you. There's plenty of street parking but very hard to find a place. A litter away from the restaurant, you can find a paid parking spot as well. In general, it is a good idea to come here 15 min early to find a place to park.

I like their wraps a lot, I especially like the Philly Steak wrap with bbq sauce. It fills you up, tastes good, feels fresh, and the staff is nice. It's not that far from me where I spend most of my day, so I'll be visiting this place every now and then, I believe. You have to try to find parking on the street and it can take a few to find a place to park and that walk to the place.

I came to this place bt accident and to meet someone, and while I was waiting for my meeting, I decided to try Philly Steak wrap with bbq sauce. I picked 40 centimeter size and enjoyed every bite of it. BBQ sauce made it taste delicious, the meat felt fresh, and the wrap itself tasted good as well. This place is apparently known for giant pizzas, so I'll be coming back to try that one day. Overall, it is a great place for a quick bite. Parking here is somewhat difficult to find, so you have to drive around and try to find parking on the street. Come a few min early if you plan on eating in here.

Hrazdan Cement Corporation is one of the largest factories in Armenia, which was initially established during Soviet era. This is the only cement factory in the region that is producing cement through the wet method. This method allows you to have a "special" cement that is used in projects such as building brides, dams, high floor building, roads, military projects, and so on. I highly recommend working with them because they will provide you with the best quality cement in the market. The staff is kind, always willing to help you, and work with you on the individual level.

I've been visiting this place for a few years now, and my experience here has always been positive. Food and catering in here always feels fresh and delicious. My favorite dishes here are filet mignon l, chicken breast, and their soups. Their desert are delicious and amazing with coffee or tea. Service here is good. Waiters are nice, helpful, and always paying attention to the customers. The interrior design here is very well done. Feels like you're in a fancy restaurant and all of the furniture is very well kept. They also have a private room where you can get together with friends and family to celebrate birthdays or some other events. Prices are moderate, and I'm always happy to visit them and bring over friends there. There's a lot of free street parking available, but since the restaurant is located in the center of Yerevan, there's always a difficulty to find a free space where you can park f you plan to park on the street, make sure to come early so you won't be late from your meeting There's also paid parking available underground of Northern Avenue, which is 5 min walking distance away from this restaurant.

This hotel has a great location, prices are great and breakfast is satisfying. The major issue with this hotel is the fact that it needs to be upgraded. Once it's renovated, it'll be one of the best hotels in here. So far I'm happy that I stayed here because it had a low price and it was walking distance from the square, museum, parks and many restaurants. Near the hotel you can find many cafes, restaurants, boutique stores, souvenir stores, museums, parks and other things. Because of its location me and my wife and I walked about 15,000 steps a day, and we haven't even felt it. It's one of the major advantages of this hotel.

It's a very nice little cafe nit far from the Vardanants square. It has a nice vibe, and it feels like you're somewhere next to a beach. It's convenient to come here to drink coffee or tea or fresh lemonade. Overall, it was a very nice spot. You can free parking on the street, although you might need to drive a little bit further away from the cafe.

It's a very nice family-friendly cafe located at the Vardananta square. They have both indoor and outdoor seating available. You can sit, drink your drink your coffee, enjoy their famous donuts, and at the same time enjoy the view of the square. Everything in here is walking distance, so in that sense, it's super convenient. There is parking available around the square. It's a bit of a challenge to park at the square, but it's easier to find parking on the smaller streets next to the square.
