The service and care offered by the staff is wonderful. The hospital is located in a beautiful forest and the compound is very grand. While security is excellent, the rules for getting a pass seem to depend on who you ask and therefore visiting can be a pain. Overall, world class.

Chaotic queueing. I didn't have to wait as long as people apparently did in the past. The technology is there, but it's poorly implemented. The cafés are limited.

Fantastic service from the staff and a very broad Japanese menu. The prices can be higher without special offers, but they seem to always have good deals to be had. Definitely exploiting a niche in the market

It looks like a hole in the wall, and it pretty much is, but the people who work there are lovely, and Ozon gives you a comprehensive catalogue of products at great value. Nice returns policy at the moment.

The food is a bit overpriced, but the play areas are fantastic for children and the fact they are fully supervised makes it a perfect place to catch up with other parents or enjoy a fun-filled family day out.

I went at night, and it was quite scary in the forest. Security was minimal. The wildlife was beautiful though. The concept of having Art scattered around the forest is a nice one. The transport links are not good though and the infrastructure needs development. I have heard that on a warm summer day, it suffers overcrowding. Nice water features.
