A quiet but spacious Vkus Ville. I do think some of their products are overrated, but staff are nice and some of the products there are as good as you can expect in Moscow.
A wonderful, well stocked library with a decent English Literature collection. Nice staff and café inside. They also have events, varied study spaces and a recording studio.
It was good value for money. Good customer service but the hotel is a little dated. Don't let them order taxis for you. Much better value on the taxi apps.
The service and care offered by the staff is wonderful. The hospital is located in a beautiful forest and the compound is very grand.
While security is excellent, the rules for getting a pass seem to depend on who you ask and therefore visiting can be a pain. Overall, world class.
Chaotic queueing. I didn't have to wait as long as people apparently did in the past. The technology is there, but it's poorly implemented. The cafés are limited.
Fantastic service from the staff and a very broad Japanese menu. The prices can be higher without special offers, but they seem to always have good deals to be had. Definitely exploiting a niche in the market
