I recently dined at a Turkish restaurant that surpassed even those in Turkey. Every item we ordered was delicious, from the kofta to the Iskender kebab, and even the tea and juice were amazing. The customer service was exceptional, with our waitress being especially friendly and helpful. She even assisted us in calling a Yandex taxi. Overall, this restaurant offers an unforgettable dining experience with top-notch food and service. Highly recommended!

I recently visited a very kid-friendly mall with great activities like go-karting and creative play areas where parents can leave their children. There are many coffee shops and a store near the entrance with good and affordable skincare brands. The highlight was Sultan Kebab, the best Turkish restaurant I've ever experienced, even better than those in Turkey! However, the location was far, and the customer service could use improvement. The staff were not friendly, did not speak English, and there was no currency exchange available. Overall, it's a great place for families, despite some service issues.

Elvera - hotel Diana - restaurant Kate 1700 Alina sultan kebab 2 kids + 2 adults - 7000 I recently had the pleasure of staying at a hotel where the customer service was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I arrived, the reception staff made me feel welcome with their friendly and professional demeanor. The catering team and cleaners also went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The hotel boasts an ATM on-site, which added to the convenience of my stay. The staff were not only incredibly friendly but also fluent in English, making communication effortless. The location of the hotel is perfect, with a variety of delicious restaurants offering different cuisines and a supermarket nearby. This made exploring the local area and finding meals a delightful experience. Also there are many activities you could try such riding bicycles and the cable car is 5 minutes walking from the hotel. A special thanks to Elvera, who made my birthday unforgettable. Upon hearing my family singing to me during breakfast, she quickly arranged for a birthday cake with a cute message within just five minutes. Her thoughtful gesture left me speechless and deeply touched. I wish other countries could learn from the exemplary customer service demonstrated by Russian people and the staff at this hotel. Their dedication to making guests feel valued and cared for truly sets them apart.
