I can't believe how awful my experience was with this buyer! I went in ready to spend a significant amount of money, but her unprofessional and rude attitude ruined everything. It's infuriating to encounter someone who clearly has no respect for customers.
Instead of being helped, I was met with blatant disregard and disrespect. If she can’t be polite and provide even a basic level of customer service, she has no business working in the shop! There’s no excuse for treating customers this way.
Honestly, she needs to be fired and kept far away from any customer-facing role. I won’t be returning to this shop again, and I urge others to think twice before dealing with such poor service.
