It was the worst experience we had in Moscow. We ordered a steak, and it was completely inedible. We were forced to pay the amount before receiving the food because the cashier was closing. However, the shock came with the piece of meat that was impossible to eat. When we asked the manager for an explanation, she couldn’t speak English and was using a device for translation. Her only explanation was that this steak was a cut from the side of the rib, and that’s why the quality was like that. The response was honestly worse than what happened. The manager truly needs someone to manage her.
