First of all, I felt at home. I enjoyed it and was happy with everything on my last day while I was doing the checkout. I forgot one bag which had valuable items I bought from there… I checked out at 1 pm, then came back at 5 pm asking for my items, they said we had searched but found nothing, so I insisted on going up and looking inside the room, everything was clean and housekeeping. I went down to the reception again and describe the items I left. Plastic white bag which had items…etc then after a while, they told me we found it we would bring it in 15 minutes… I was shocked by how a big name in a hotel residence accept such behavior toward its customers. One of the items arrived in a different bag, which seemed someone had taken it back home or somewhere else, and then they returned it in a different bag. I am pretty sure my other items are with them, too. I’m very disappointed knowing that I give tips to most cleaners, and they still want to steal you!!!

Very bad experience, I was there on Jan 1st, the lady was very Rude, disrespectful , shouting WAIT WAIT while we were sitting for more than 10 mins to make the order… at last she said we serve only coffee!! I will never come back again to this restaurant.
