We enjoyed our lunch experience at Prichal. As a guest from abroad, I was advised to visit this beautiful place. The food was great, but the service could have been better. Our server, Sergei, was quite disrespectful, which made us question this place. His verbal communication was rude and sarcastic, and there were no apologies after spilling a drink on my shoes. Clearly, there is a lack of basic etiquette and training regarding such matters. Hopefully, we won’t have the same experience next time. On a positive note, the other servers and the hostess were excellent. Thank you.
