The manager, Syuzi, might call you to say there was a double booking and suggest changing your event date. The food portions are too small, and the kitchen is poor. During the event, you need someone from your side to ensure that every table is properly served. There are no waiters available, so you'll have to find them and ask multiple times for assistance. We had broken plates on the floor for an hour before they were finally cleaned by our showman. Despite the beautiful setting, the poor management is very disappointing.
