I had such a terrible stay at this place. 1. The wall of the building is too thin, you could hear everything from the next room and the hallway. Even hear the upper floor flashed down the toilet. 2. The place is dirty, stains on curtain and spider web 🕷 on the ceiling. 3. The toilet in the room was blocked, we have noticed to the receptionist at 2 pm, once we returned to the room around 8 pm, the receptionist told us that he contact the technician but he didn't know when the technician will come to fix. We asked, if it is possible to change the room, even lower than our room type i won't mind. The answer was there were no room available. We have checked online, there are availability at the place. We have to stay at the room that we cannot use a toilet, we have to come up to use a public toilet at reception, which locate at second floors. Finally, the technician come to fix the toilet next day near 11 am, which we have to check-out at 12!
