I and my whole family have always bought products from this store. But the last time I bought a very expensive bracelet, it broke because they made low-quality bolts. I came to them 6 times from another city to fix it. They couldn't do anything, and instead of replacing their mistake, they offered me to sell it to them at a very ridiculous price. I am very dissatisfied with the service, why should I overpay and lose money because of their manufacturing errors ??!! Terrible service. I won't buy any more.
