The hotel and all the staff left a very pleasant impression. Thank you for your careful attitude and striving to make our stay as comfortable as possible!
The view from the hotel will be remembered forever. And the Georgian dances left a huge impression!
Of the disadvantages - the lack of shower gel and shampoo, there was only soap. And there are no beach towels, we didn't take them with us either. Well, the smell of tobacco smoke in the room, for us, non-smokers, was noticeable, but not critical.

When I was driving here, I had no idea and did not see any photos of the views here, it is difficult to say that this is the best view of Batumi, but it is definitely the best of all that I have seen here in 2 weeks, while there is a restaurant with the same view and the usual prices as everywhere,and it is not easy to get here, but definitely it's worth it, I would have gone here for a honeymoon with my wife if I had a wife)).The restaurant cooks very well and read huge portions carefully!, it's really better to take a little or a portion for two first, these are not commercial city cafes))

+ We came here for the second time. Everything is great again. The hotel has been transformed after the renovation and has become even more cool. We were immediately welcomed as family. Malkhaz and Elza are wonderful hosts. A glass of homemade wine, a bottle of branded wine in the room. Room service, housekeeping, swimming pool for children and adults, transfer to the sea. And the cuisine in the new restaurant is simply excellent. Friendly waiters especially Sandro, Niko, Irakli, Lolita. Everyone understands Russian. David makes great cocktails. Prices are lower than in Batumi. In the evenings they dance national dances. There is a market on site. There are excursions from Jemal. Very interesting. We recommend it to everyone.
In general, we just enjoyed our vacation. Happiness is just around the corner - happiness is in the mountains!

An excellent palace hotel on a coastal mountain overlooking the sea and mountains. It seems that the clouds, which sometimes climb to the top, are just around the corner. In addition, it is a 10-minute walk by road. Hospitable hosts, respected by all who met in Kvariati. A free brand new minibus with air conditioning (10 minutes to the bottom of the mountain and back to the palace) with a driver who has never been expected for more than 10 minutes. 3 swimming pools, huge equipped spaces for anything, and first of all for children. A restaurant with delicious food and homemade wine. Shop with the same wine, as well as branded in factory bottles. We are already dreaming of coming here again.

An honest review!
We drove almost the whole of Georgia, stayed in different places, it was chosen for 2 reasons , the view, the silence that there is a transfer to the beach.Now the realities.
+Beautiful view of the mountain
+ There is a place where children can run
+There are 2 swimming pools
+ Good cook , delicious food, large portions.

- Ants and other animals are running around in the room
- Very old room stock
- There is almost no way to use the kitchen for nominal
value - The unfriendly staff , which was a surprise to meet such a thing here after traveling all over Georgia .

I don't know where so many positive reviews come from? We were in August of 21 years old, there is no service from the word at all, the staff is not efficient, once again they do not want to move. The rooms are already old and shabby. The showers are falling apart, the water is not leaving well. Room cleaning leaves much to be desired. You can write about the restaurant separately and get angry. They warned us that food should be ordered an hour in advance, ordered an hour in advance, we arrive in an hour - we still wait another hour. The food is not tasty, everything is spicy, even dumplings are elementary, olivier salad is all spicy. For breakfast, they ordered semolina porridge for the child, brought it to everyone, everyone ate and at the very end they brought porridge. Apart from the view from the hotel, I don't see any more advantages. I do not recommend this hotel, especially for families with children.
