Everything is great, the staff is pleasant and courteous, the food is delicious. The rooms are large and spacious, the rooms are warm, but there is one thing, it is a printing house that is located in the same building on the ground floor, it is impossible to sleep during the day because the hum and vibration interfere.

A nice hotel, one of the few places where you can stay with animals. We travel a lot by car with two dogs, and it was difficult to find a hotel in Karaganda. The room is clean, the bed is comfortable, the staff is polite and friendly.

I've only been to the bathhouse. The sauna is on a decent level: there is a refrigerator, dishes, TV, toilet. The steam room is excellent, there is an electronic thermometer. There are two showers. There is a place to relax and a sofa.
