The company bought a new MAZ-Zumlion 60t crane for 21 million rubles in January 2021. In September of the same year, a breakdown occurred, and evacuation from the site of the breakdown to the service station was required. The dealer in Astrakhan, Volgotekhnab-Kaspiy LLC, refused evacuation and warranty repairs (referring to the fact that we ourselves refused, haha). The MAZ and MAZ-Zumlion plant have been engaged in unsubscribing for 1.5 years, and they also do not make any refunds (even in the form of spare parts) for repairs made by us on their own. That's how you buy new equipment for a lot of money and you won't get any warranty repairs and maintenance!!! It's a shame, of course, not the factory.
