Excellent service and customer service!
From the very beginning of communication, Master Eugene endeared himself with openness and calmness.
During the repair of the phone, he gave us a working smartphone - we were pleasantly surprised by this approach)
We brought the phone in on Friday evening, but in the first half of Saturday, Eugene called back and offered solutions to the problem.
And on Tuesday afternoon, we were able to pick up the phone.
All the calls and work were done on time (and even ahead of schedule) - we did not notice how the phone was in working order with us again).
As a bonus, Evgeny pasted the film on the screen, and also gave a discount card. Evgeny emphasized twice that this is exactly a discount card (he said that many customers mistakenly consider it a business card, and do not take it for the next repairs) - a trifle, but this behavior of Eugene shows his concern for customers.
